Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are now able to ship to PO boxes using the Federal Express Smart Post delivery system.  This is available for ground delivery only and can Not be used for expedited shipping (no overnight or two-day deliveries).

Do you ship to APO or FPO Military addresses?

No.

Do you ship outside of the US?

At the present time, we are unable to accommodate shipments outside the U.S. If you have family members or friends in the U.S., you may want to consider having your order shipped to them for forwarding on to you.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 5-7 business days, depending on location.

Can I pay by check or money order?

We do not accept checks or money orders. We accept the following major credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Is there a store near me where I can buy GALERIE® products?

We have one GALERIE® outlet store in Hebron, Kentucky, that carries a limited amount of items found online. GALERIE® products can be found at retailers nationwide. Please be aware that many of our products offered in stores are exclusive, and may not be available online. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to keep up to date with our product launches!

Do you have a catalog you can send me?

Since we are continually refreshing our offerings, we do not have a printed product catalog available to send.

How do I know if my order has been shipped yet? 

When your order is shipped, an email is sent to the email address provided when you submitted the order. Included in the email will be the tracking number. If you've created an account, you can also log in to the My Account screen at any time to see if it's been shipped.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping cost depends on the items purchased, use our shipping calculator at check out for our best shipping estimate.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We do our very best to process orders as quickly as possible, so if it has already entered our fulfillment process, it may be too late. However, you can email our Customer Care Team at CustomerService@GalerieCandy.com to check. Please include your order number and we will do our very best to assist you.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Not at the present time.

Do you offer a gift wrapping option?

Not at the present time.

Can gift cards purchased online be used at one of your retail stores?

Not at the present time.

I can't log in to my account; how can I find my password?

Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Simply enter the email address associated with your account, and you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. 

Where can I get a Discount Code?

To receive regular email notifications, many of which include information on special sales and discount codes, create an account or simply sign up to receive special offers and new product information from GALERIE®. We also post special discount days on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Do you offer product donations?

Not at the present time.

Can you send me free samples?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate the many requests we get for free samples of our products. However, to receive regular email notifications, many of which include information on special sales and discount codes, create an account or simply sign up to receive special offers and new product information from GALERIE®.

Where can I find ingredient or allergen information for your candies?

Individual product’s labeling/packaging.

What is your allergen labeling policy?

Galerie adheres to the requirements of the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 20014 (FALCPA). Top 8 Allergens are disclosed in the Ingredient Declaration and/or by using a “Contains…” statement immediately following the Ingredient Declaration. Top 8 Allergens include: Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat and Soybeans.
