Return and Refund Policy
Galerie is unable to accept returned product and/or issue refunds unless you received product damaged during shipping or you received incorrect products and/or quantities caused by our error.
Galerie does not guarantee in-store or online retail sell through. We are not responsible for products that do not sell at retail (in-store or online), and are not responsible for products that you are unable to sell at the MSRP or the retail price determined by you.
If you receive damaged products or have other problems with your order, please Contact Us to explain the issue and include your order number, name, business name, and contact information. We will review your information and contact you with options to resolve the issue.
Shipping
We can ship to any address in the continental US. Due to the nature of our business, and the terms of our licensing agreements we cannot ship any products internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
